Mihaela is psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience. Her Journey starts when she is only 16 years old. Being inspired first by the Eastern philosophies like Tibetan Buddhism, Daoism, Sufi teachings, the Integral Yoga of Aurobindo etc. and then by the Integral Approach of Ken Wilber, the U Theory, Spiral Dynamics, Shadow work, Psycho-Neuro-Immunology, Epigenetic and many others, she developed her own style of working with people in her private practice as well as when leading a groups.

Mihaela is an EMDR Psychotherapist and supervisor, Family Constellations Trainer, Integrative Breathwork Trainer, Integral Coach and Energy Psychology Trainer. She is one of the founders of Institute for Integral Development – Bulgaria as well as of the Institute for Professional Breathwork Training and she is national representative of IBF for Bulgaria.

Mihaela's complete belief in Ken Wilber's saying that what the mind perceives as integral is perceived by the heart as unity. The heart feels the unity, and the mind can recognize it if it has an integral theoretical framework as a tool for understanding the unity. In the last years, part of her job is to teach other professionals who want to expand their field of work and toolkit in her role of trainer and mentor.
