The Academy for Integrative Breath Therapy was founded in 2018 by Gerdi Schulte and Maria Faust. Since then the Academy offers a comprehensive holistic training for breath and body work consisting of eight modules per year over a period of three years. The training conveys far-reaching processes of self-awareness and personal development through approved methods of humanistic psychology and body work such as inner child therapy, Voice Dialogue, THE WORK, EFT, Cold and Warm Water Training and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises.
