I have been an Integrative Breathworker since 2012 in the Washington DC area. I also incorporate Enneagram and IFS into my support for clients. Client base also includes support for people who are preparing and integrating from psychedelic journeys.
I also bring insights to my practice from career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, where I developed indepth knowledge working with infants and children with breathing and developmental challenges. I have been retired since 2022.
The opportunity to work with infants and children and their parents as a PNP, along with indepth training in breathwork with integration of physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual elements, and training in IFS and the Enneagram, have all contributed to my capacity to be of support to people of all ages thru integrative breathwork. They learn to explore and trust their grounded capacity and grow and heal wounded places within them .
