Ari Barkan has been practicing breathwork since 2006. In 2019, Ari opened Center City Breathe, Philadelphia’s first breath studio, where he facilitates weekly group breathes and private client sessions, and offers other forms of healing arts to the community. He is a co-creator of Vitality Breath breathwork school and certification program. He has taught retreats in Australia, Costa Rica, Netherlands and the U.S., and is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation. Ari is an avid believer in the power of the breath and the body's willingness to move energy. Trained in Rebirthing, he developed his own style of movement, toning, sound, and circular breath for deep release and transformation.
