Driven by a deep commitment to healing the lasting effects of childhood trauma, Natalie Keany began a global search for holistic modalities to address anxiety, depression, and addiction. In 2013, she discovered conscious connected breathwork in Goa, India, through the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute. The profound impact of this work inspired her to continue studying, assisting, and ultimately facilitating Biodynamic Breathwork trainings worldwide alongside her mentor, Giten Tonkov.
Guided by curiosity and a passion for supporting others, Natalie expanded her training with several other established breathwork schools and teachers. Her multifaceted background as a filmmaker and photographer reflects her love of exploration and creativity, which also informs her approach to embodiment, movement, and somatic practice. A highly sensitive person who recharges in nature, she integrates meditation and kirtan as personal tools for intuition, nervous system regulation, and grounded presence.
With a trauma-informed and integrative perspective, Natalie advocates for trauma healing through somatic breathwork. She supports individuals in transforming adversity into resilience, helping clients discover growth and strength by meeting past experiences with compassion and awareness. Committed to safety and integrity, she rejects a “one-size-fits-all” model, having witnessed the consequences of pushing too far, too fast. Instead, she provides an environment where healing and expansion can unfold at a sustainable pace.
Natalie works with conscious connected breathwork in an individualised way, drawing from breathwork, inquiry, nervous system regulation, bodywork, journaling, therapeutic touch, somatic psychology, communication practices, and movement. Her teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and playful, honouring each person exactly where they are in mind, body, and history.
In 2019, Natalie founded the Evolve Breath & Body School, offering breathwork retreats, certified facilitator trainings, workshops, and individual sessions in London and internationally. Her programs integrate trauma-informed principles with complementary modalities including yoga, meditation, nature-based practices, dance, authentic communication, and creative expression.

It is particularly suited to high performers, creatives, therapists, and anyone wishing to cultivate greater ease, resilience, and presence in daily life.
Working within a small, committed group of 12, participants engage in shared dialogue, tailored breathwork, somatic and movement practices, and guided journaling and inquiry.
