My name is Hannah Kendaru and I am an Indonesian-British Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer working on embodied approaches to healing intergenerational, historical, institutional and trauma. I use specific breathwork techniques, the conscious connected breath and embodiment to bring us back into the deep remembrance of what love, liberation and justice means. I use the breath to remember our connection to the earth, to our lineages and ancestors; for decolonial healing and rewilding our civilised minds, bodies and spirits.
