Andrea Guenther is a breath & development coach and an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. Her purpose and aim are to bring ancient knowledge and wisdom, e.g. different breath techniques, shamanic breathwork, energy healing and bodywork to a modern target group with a higher consciousness and a urgent need for instant stress release and holistic wellbeing. She mainly lives in Munich. There she owns a practice for stress and self managemenent and gives exclusive 1:1 breathing and coaching sessions, holds lectures and workshops.
