- initiations from youth to adulthood.
- taking people out on the land for ceremonial wilderness quests.
- conscious connected psychophysical breathwork (Inspiraktiva Breathwork with Bo Wahlström, Sophia Sjöblom, Rani Spets; Minna Martin, Rauni Toffer psychophysical breathwork)
- mentoring
Her ceremonies are alive, embodied, and carefully held within ancestral and land-based traditions. Christiana weaves together Finnish, Tuvan, Northern ways, shaped through years of shamanic initiation and service. Her passion is weaving healing through voice, drum and staff through poem songs and shamanic hymns. As a healer of places and humans, she seeks and finds ways of reuniting humans and all beings, the land and re-membering one cannot live without the other.
Christiana guides the creation of shamanic drums, awakening people´s own medicine and voice through rhythm and relationship. She has a tendency towards stories from her own experiences as well as stories she has heard. A good story is a yarn in the right place at the right time.
Christiana is an avid gatherer of wild herbs and plants, crafting teas and salves from the land around her. She hunts mushrooms and berries and chops her own wood.
Her academic and practical training includes degrees in Music Therapy, Conscious Breathwork, Beekeeping, Women’s Consciousness, and Cider & Wine Making — all of which inform her holistic, earth-honouring approach to healing and teaching.
Born on the lands of the original peoples of North America, Christiana has been residing in Finland for almost 40 years.

Each person is part of a whole. The universe, life in this place called Earth calls us to be connected to her, to one another and breath is one of many paths. I think of breath as key to opening up locked muscles, releasing and exploring myriad faces of being human. The sacrum - ristluu - ristiluu is the key. Alexander Technique for breathing and singing is one portal. Each person needs different breathing tools to connect, expand, contract, remember, explore and divine. That is what I focus on with conscious breathwork and all the varieties paired with live song or with recorded music or combination of both. I am a shamanic healer and I do not do shamanic breathwork as in my lineage that is not so. Welcome.
