Edson Ramos is a Senior Yoga Teacher, certified E-RYT500 and SYT (Senior Yoga Teacher) by Yoga Alliance Professionals. His journey began in martial arts at the age of five, a path that profoundly shaped his approach to movement, discipline, and embodied awareness. In 1997, he began practicing Classical Hatha Yoga and Buddhist meditation, later discovering a deep passion for Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga, which became central pillars of his personal expression within yoga.
His extensive training includes advanced studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Tripishore Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. He has also received initiations and training in Thai Yoga (Ruesri Dat Ton) and Traditional Thai Medicine in Argentina.
Edson has been a dedicated Buddhist meditation practitioner for over 25 years, having received initiations in Tibetan Buddhism from esteemed masters such as H.H. the Dalai Lama, H.H. the Karmapa, Mingyur Rinpoche, and Khenpo Khenrab Wangchuk. His spiritual path has taken him through intensive retreats in Bodhgaya and the Himalayas, as well as pilgrimages throughout Nepal and Sikkim, where he integrated dharma teachings deeply into his yoga practice.
In 2014, he founded the Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga School in Brazil, where he has trained hundreds of yoga teachers across Brazil and Argentina, and has led workshops, retreats, and trainings across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Edson is the creator of the YINtra Breath® method, an integrative approach to conscious breathing that weaves together neuroscience, contemplative practices, martial arts, and ancestral wisdom traditions. This method is taught within his signature training program, the Yinspiradores Training, a transformational journey that blends movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry.
