Seven Directions® Breathwork offers an holistic approach to working with the breath. We provide professional training in breathwork facilitation, starting with foundations in breathwork if new to the practice, followed by a 12 month training program, mentorship opportunities and many continuing professional development courses. We are GPBA certified.

Practitioner certification program:
10-12 month training in breathwork facilitation. Our program merges the scientific and the spiritual aspects of this incredible work, and is supported by an extremely robust teachin g team (please see website for more info). We have an active breathwork community and offer ongoing opportunity for CPD.
