I fell in love with conscious breathing almost 20 years ago. Since then the breath has been a lifeline for myself and my clients. With this universal tool i guide you to your feelings so that you can make friendship will all of them and embrace and integrate them. Thus you gain inner and outer freedom because you make the better choices in life. I am founder of Integrative Atem-Gesundheit® (Integrative Breath-Health®, which is a 1-year-trainingin 10 modules) and i offer "inspiration trainings" for companies. Furhtermore I see myself as a bodyhappiness-teacher with methods such as Tao Woman® Qigong, HeartCircle, Yoga, ... As counsellor and coach i also hold "birth-seminars". Together with my husband Mike we run the "Begegnungs-Raum", a centre for development of consciousness through breath and the "heart-language of being" based on non-violent communication. I have undergone specialized trainings with Waltraud Degen (Integrative Atem-Gymnastik), Wilfried Ehrmann (atman - Ausbildung zum Integrativen Atem-Therapeuten), Edith Amann (Dakini Training, Tao Woman® Qigong), Peter Cubasch (Laughing Yoga, many different Breathing Courses), ... I am certified Qigong-, Yoga-, Laughing Yoga-, HeartCircle-Trainer and certified Life Counselor, Supervisor and Coach (Hypnosystemic Method).
