I am a certified Breathwork Practitioner, holding a degree in Sociology and Psychology. With a background spanning approximately 10+ years in Homeless Services, I reached a point of burnout that prompted a profound life change. At 35, grappling with lack of motivation, depression, and a sense of robotic existence devoid of aspirations, I turned to breathwork therapy to revitalize my life.

Life had become burdensome, void of excitement, adventure, or purpose. In response, I made a radical decision to leave my job, embark on a journey of travel, and initiate a new chapter in my life. Enrolling in the Breathwork Training Program proved to be transformative, allowing me to reconnect with my true self and identify my life's desires. Each breathwork session became a journey through various emotional states, enabling me to unlearn societal conditioning and embrace new ways of being.

Through this profound experience, I discovered the immense potential within myself and the transformative power of breath. Now, my mission is to share this invaluable gift with those willing to explore their inner world. I aim to assist individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, and unmotivated in unlocking their potential, finding their purpose, and living a fulfilling and liberated life.
