HOW I WORK:
Breathwork is my passion. I love to combine it with connection with Nature - Forest Breathing; shadow work and systemic constellations. Parts work or voice dialogue is substantial for my work and guidance I provide. I’m passionate about supporting women in their growth, reconnection with their Bodies and Soul - I focus on that during retreats I host. Breathwork yet underlies all work I offer.
