I'm Anett Evans, in my prime - 52 to be precise. Passionate tea drinker, pragmatic mother, funny, competent friend and career changer with conviction.
 
My path in life has always been characterized by curiosity and energy, which has given me an adventurous CV. From being a trained shoe saleswoman to working as a clerk at a university to branch manager in the mobile phone retailer and motherhood - I am now self-employed in the breathwork and breath coach business.
 
I took every step with joy and openness because I always knew that there is not just one way to live life. To this day I always have to be on the move and pursue new impulses.
 
My versatility has taken away my fear of change, because life always goes on, no matter what happens. This attitude has been very helpful, especially in the last few years, and has shown me again and again that I can also help others with it.
 
I always have helped people throughout my life and in my private life to develop, find their way and set goals. It was fulfilling to see her progress.

That's why I do what I do here: I accompany people in processes when they feel alone or have difficulties. Always according to the motto “Do it yourself, but not alone!”
