My work exists at the intersection of philosophy, culture, and lived experience.
It draws from long-term practice in inner cultivation traditions, including calm attention(Samatha), contemplative observation(Vipassana), direct awareness, and embodied practices rooted in Eastern wisdom traditions.
These are not approached as theories or concepts, but as lived and direct experience.
Living and working between Eastern and Western cultures for many years, I have come to see breath and self-cultivation as bridges — connecting body and awareness, tradition and modern life, inner stillness and everyday human experience.
My work is influenced by classical Chinese philosophy, contemplative traditions, comparative philosophy, and ongoing inquiry into the relationship between consciousness, culture, body, and modern life.
Rather than offering fixed answers, I aim to create a space for deeper listening, clarity, and reconnection with one’s own inner experience.
