With a background in the corporate sector in Switzerland and the UK, I retrained as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and breath coach, deepening my expertise in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. My work draws on psychology, neurobiology, behavioural science, and contemplative traditions. I founded Teal Therapy to support individuals in reducing stress, restoring balance, and reconnecting with their core values. Today, while Teal Therapy continues to serve private clients, my wider vision comes to life through Corestar—an initiative equipping individuals and teams with practical, breath-centred tools to build resilience, prevent burnout, and lead with authenticity.
My approach is solution-focused and centred on building Mental Fitness Skills—both remedial (via Teal Therapy) and preventative (via Corestar). I work 1:1 with individuals as well as with groups, offering workshops, team coaching, and bespoke programmes. What distinguishes my work is the integration of evidence-based therapeutic techniques with contemporary scientific insights, tailored to real-life needs. Breathwork is a core modality in my practice, complemented by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, guided visualisations, and somatic tools. My work is always practical, embodied, and geared towards sustainable wellbeing and authentic living.
