PRANABEAT was founded by Kate Robinson, a breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed somatic therapist, and passionate educator dedicated to helping others heal and reconnect through the power of the breath. With a background in Applied Medical Sciences and Psychology, Kate bridges the gap between science and somatic wisdom, blending evidence-based tools with intuitive, body-based practices.
Kate is also an experienced yoga teacher, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and has spent many years working in stress management—supporting both individuals and organizations in building resilience and nervous system regulation. Her work is deeply informed by her knowledge of functional breathing, Pranayama, conscious connected breathing, and somatic therapy, all held within a trauma-informed framework.
Through PRANABEAT, she has created an internationally recognized platform offering immersive breathwork journeys, a comprehensive breathwork facilitator training, and a mobile app to support people in their healing wherever they are.
Her approach is rooted in nervous system science, emotional resilience, and spiritual depth—making her sessions and trainings both transformative and safe. Kate’s work is known for its integrity, inclusivity, and ability to hold space for profound inner change.
