Originally from Perth, Western Australia, I am a holistic practitioner, educator, and consciousness explorer with a passion for self-discovery, energy medicine, and integrative healing. As a traveler, freediver, skier, and gardener, I bring a grounded yet expansive approach to my work in Between Life Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, and the LIATI Method.
My journey into healing began in 1997 after a sports injury left me with a broken spine, forcing me to confront depression, anxiety, trauma, and food addiction. Determined to heal, I immersed myself in light medicine, somatic therapy, and nervous system rewiring, regaining mobility and deepening my understanding of conscious healing. This led me to study psychology, comparative religion, holistic nutrition, hypnotherapy, and energy medicine, integrating both scientific and intuitive disciplines into my practice.
Over the years, I have trained in Biodynamic Breathwork® Trauma Release, Oxygen Advantage Breathwork®, Reiki, and between-life hypnotherapy, as well as launching into my passions in yoga and free diving. My path has included immersive experiences at Findhorn Foundation and deep study of Jungian psychology, somatic therapy, and spiritual alchemy.
As the founder of the LIATI Institute, I support energy-sensitive individuals, empaths, and seekers in reconnecting with authentic selfhood and personal empowerment. My goal is to help others step into clarity, stability, and embodied self-leadership…and have a lot of fun along the way.
The LIATI Institute Personal Development Program (the 5 Pillars Goddess Training) is a transformational journey integrating multiple styles of breathwork, hypnotic meditation, trauma-informed somatic coaching, and energy medicine to support deep healing and self-mastery. Rooted in subtle body mapping, depth psychology, Sacred Feminine Archetypal studies, Reichian body armoring, and inner child work, this program helps individuals release stored trauma, regulate their nervous system, and expand their awareness.
The LIATI Teacher Training (TT) is an immersive and transformative program designed for individuals seeking to master breathwork facilitation, trauma-informed somatic coaching, energy healing, and conscious leadership. This program integrates a unique blend of multiple breathwork styles, hypnotic meditation, depth psychology, subtle body mapping, and nervous system regulation to equip practitioners with the tools to guide others through healing and transformation. At the core of the training are five primary breathwork styles, including coherence breathing, relaxation techniques, altered states & energizing breathwork, safe breath holding for resilience and sports performance, and conscious connected breathing for trauma release. The program also explores Reichian body armoring, inner child healing, shadow integration, and emotional resilience training, and the energy medicine theory outlined by Barbara Brennan, giving participants a deep understanding of how stored trauma and unconscious patterns shape the body, breath, psyche, and spiritual systems. The training includes a structured curriculum with 455 total hours, combining self-paced online learning, 16 live community calls, 6 private mentorship sessions, and an intensive week-long in-person retreat in Colorado. To graduate, participants must complete 25 2 hour practice sessions, practicums, a final exam, and logged facilitation hours to demonstrate competency and ethical integrity in their work.
We are not yet training trainers.
