HOW I WORK: I offer both in person and online sessions for one-to-one and group sessions. I specialize in conscious connected breathwork, having completed hundreds of hours of study and practice to earn my certification with the Sacred Breath Academy and Breathe on It (Intro and Advanced Certifications). Being trauma informed practices, I focus on the individual safety and wisdom of the body. Additionally, based on needs I may also incorporate sound healing or Somatic Activated Healing modalities. Each session begins with an intention, ends with integration and a time for reflection.
