We run a Breathwork Facilitator Training program in Queensland Australia. We teach Breathwork in a dynamic nature covering functional breathing for health and performance, breathing retraining exercises for breathing related disorders and breakthrough styles of Breathwork including hyperventilation. Our program focuses on a trauma-informed approach to transformation through conscious Breathing exercises. We focus heavily on the nervous system and teaching our students how to understand the nervous system, its function and its response to stress and trauma. Our students leave the training well equipped to work with a diverse range of clients from performance, to breathing retraining and trauma healing.
