I am a qualified Life awareness Breathwork Instructor. I have also completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mental Health Awareness
I have 10 years working experience within the mental health sector, mostly working in a therapeutic environment practising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have practiced various mindfulness activities & learnt how to incorporate these into daily life & use them as methods to adapt positive behaviours and manage our automatic negative thoughts. With the power of breathwork I can teach you how to bring our distracted minds to the present moment, release tension, increase our concentration and improve our mental, emotional & physical well-being. We learn to engage with our bodies by stretching & slow movements. We will learn how to sit comfortably for a period of time and how to breath from our stomachs very slowly & deeply and how to hyperventilate at a safe level elevating our consciousness preparing us for a deep meditation.
