I am a Certified Practitioner and Master of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

Since 2022, I have been practicing as a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist.

I regularly participate in professional supervision for hypnotherapists led by founder of the Polish Institute of Hypnosis and Transpersonal Therapy.

I am a graduate and ongoing participant of numerous trainings in bodywork, breathwork, energy work, and spiritual development. I have completed a wide range of breathwork trainings and workshops, including programs with Dan Brulé, such as Mastering the Breath and Advanced Breathwork, as well as many other breathing-based modalities supporting emotional release, self-regulation, and personal transformation.

My professional qualifications include certifications from the American Psychological Association in Anxiety and Related Disorders and Depression and Bipolar Disorders; Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University; certifications from Yale University in Psychology and The Science of Well-Being; Social Psychology studies at Wesleyan University; Psychotraumatology training at CRP in Wrocław; foundational training in psychological consultation and support at the Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy Institute; Mindfulness training through Mindfulness Association Poland; Clinical Hypnotherapy in PTSD Healing at The Beat Retreat; and Identifying Early Signs of Psychosis in Adolescents and Young Adults at Stanford University.

I lead men's circles and workshops, and I am also a designer, artist, and graduate of an economics university.

Integrating different techniques, practices, and traditions allows me to create an individualized and holistic approach to working with clients. It supports my own development while helping me better understand the unique needs of each person I work with.

Through this combination of knowledge, experience, intuition, and continuous learning, I am able to guide and support my clients in discovering their own truth, releasing limiting patterns and emotional burdens, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom, strength, and beauty.
