HOW I WORK: My work is influenced by philosophy Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rebirthing sessions I offer combine breathwork and other supporting practices such as meditation, verbal sharing, journaling, embodiment and more. I see every person individually, that's why the components of the session are relative. I facilitate breathwork prioritising safety and supported environment, for the breather to be able to reach their depth, and relax into the process. The breathing part is based on Conscious Connected Breath. The duration of a session is approx. 3 hours.
