A Bit About Me
I'm Kim Brockway, a certified Breathwork Coach and founder of Wessex Wise Woman. I work with midlife women who are ready to breathe their way back to themselves. Women who've been giving so much to everyone else that they've forgotten what it feels like to truly exhale.
My approach blends science-backed breathing techniques with gentle, somatic practices that honour both your nervous system and your intuitive wisdom. I create safe spaces where you can release what's been held too long, regulate your system, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.
I specialise in supporting women navigating life's big transitions, recovering from burnout, or simply longing to feel more like themselves again. Because let's be honest, midlife can feel overwhelming, and sometimes we all need permission to pause and breathe.
My qualifications include level 4 certifications in Breathwork Facilitation, Functional Breath Coaching, and Somatic Release. Plus additional training in trauma awareness and nervous system health. But what truly shapes my work is my connection to the Celtic and Pagan wisdom of my Wiltshire homeland. I weave seasonal rhythms and Earth-based practices into each session.
Based in Salisbury, UK, I offer both online and in-person sessions. I'm passionate about making breathwork feel both sacred and accessible — not intimidating or "woo-woo," but like coming home to yourself after a long journey.
Your breath is magic. Let's remember that together.
How I work
My approach to breathwork weaves together conscious breathing, seasonal awareness, and spiritual connection rooted in the Celtic and Pagan traditions of the British Isles.
I guide women — particularly those navigating midlife — through gentle yet transformative breath journeys that honour both their inner rhythms and the natural cycles of the Earth. Rather than following a clinical or performance-based method, my sessions are grounded in safety, presence, and personal empowerment.
I blend science-informed breath techniques with storytelling, guided imagery, and nature-based wisdom to help clients reconnect with their intuition, release emotional tension, and reclaim their vitality. What distinguishes my practice is the integration of breathcraft — a term I use to describe the magic of breath as a living, creative force — with deep respect for each woman’s lived experience. My work is not just about the breath itself, but about how we relate to it as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit.
