Practitioner certification program: Breathwork practitioner training, incorporated into a multidisciplinary training program offering multiple certifications. We combine a mix of an online course curriculum (over 30 hours) with access to a support community for lifetime professional development, as well as a live - online - face to face training of 80 hours. We have mandatory practice sessions where we require feedback forms to be filled in and we assess the students based on their competency during those sessions. Our live training is implementation based and not only teaches breathwork but also how to be a trauma informed practitioner and in-depth coaching skills to ensure the person can hold space correctly and safely. We teach them to hold space for 1:1 sessions and for small groups during the training.
