HOW I WORK: I trained as a rebirth breathwork mastery facilitator and use conscious connected breath work. I create a safe supportive space where I facilitate the breather to be in touch with how they breathe and the material that arises in relation to their set intention. I support them through that experience as it naturally unfolds without directing them to alter their breathing.
