Self development program: Our Self Development Program is designed for anyone who wants to explore breathwork for their own healing and growth. Through guided breath journeys, somatic practices, journaling, and reflection, participants learn how to listen more deeply to their bodies and nervous systems. This program helps people build awareness of their patterns, release stored tension, and connect with themselves in new ways. It supports each person to create more space inside to feel, heal, and transform. By blending conscious connected breathwork with tools from somatic therapy, participants leave with practical ways to support their well-being and carry the benefits of breathwork into daily life.
Practitioner certification program: Our Practitioner Certification Program is a group facilitator training that combines the power of conscious connected breathwork with foundational principles of somatic therapy. Over the course of the training, participants develop the knowledge and skills to safely and ethically guide both individuals and groups through breathwork journeys. The program covers the science of the breath, trauma-aware facilitation, creating safe containers, and the art of holding space. A strong emphasis is placed on the nervous system, helping practitioners not only recognize what’s arising in their clients but also understand their own regulation and presence as facilitators. Graduates leave with confidence, embodied experience, and the ability to guide transformational sessions that honor the body, emotions, and human experience.
Trainer certification program: Our Trainer Certification Program is for experienced practitioners who are ready to step into the role of teaching others. This level of training prepares facilitators to guide new cohorts of practitioners, support their learning process, and hold the deeper responsibility of passing on the lineage of this work. We focus on advanced facilitation skills, curriculum development, mentorship, and supervision, always with an emphasis on nervous system awareness and somatic principles. Trainers learn how to not only teach breathwork techniques, but also how to cultivate grounded, embodied facilitators who can truly meet others with presence and care. This program ensures that the next generation of facilitators are well-prepared, both technically and relationally, to guide breathwork as a safe, powerful modality for transformation.
