My entry into breathwork wasn’t dramatic. I was functioning well, but often running on empty. Breathwork gave me a way to pause and listen before things broke down. That honest starting point eventually led to deeper training and a shift in how I support others.

I now work with high-performing, anxious professionals who feel like they’re always on. My background includes a wide range of modalities, from clinical to intuitive. What matters most to me is meeting people with clarity, care, and respect for their pace.
