Combining psychological coaching and somatic tools, I support people through personal and professional transitions – helping them regulate stress, integrate emotional processes, and activate their natural self-healing capacity. I work with Functional Breathing, Conscious Connected Breath, and Holistic Breath Therapy – always tailored, trauma-informed and grounded in real life. My approach is clear, deep and practical – suitable for individuals, groups and corporate teams. I offer sessions in Lisbon and online, in 1:1 settings, group workshops and corporate programs.
