Hollie Rottman is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant specialising in burnout prevention and transformative leadership development. She supports executives and high-achieving women navigating high-stakes transitions, personally and professionally, helping them reconnect with their bodies, emotions and inner wisdom so they can lead and live with clarity, grounded authority and aliveness.

Her approach integrates somatic practices with over 20 years of experience designing leadership programmes, building markets and shaping culture across global financial firms, national health initiatives and nonprofit boards. Hollie is ICF-certified (ACC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management. She is also certified in The Leadership Circle Profile and is currently advancing her skills as an IFS-Informed Coach through Coaches Rising. In addition, Hollie has received Levels 1 & 2 Healing Breath Work Facilitator qualification from the School of Prana in Lisbon with Rio Otoyo and is currently working with individual clients, integrating breath work with her somatic coaching.

Through Rottman Consulting, Hollie co-leads pioneering work on generative conflict with her partner, Jim Rottman, who brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and leading global organisations in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. Together, they help teams move beyond reactivity to cultivate deeper trust, alignment and collective resilience in service of the world’s most meaningful challenges.

Originally from the US and now based in Lisbon, Hollie speaks Portuguese and English fluently and is conversational in French and Swedish, bringing a global perspective to her work.
