Combining various schools of breathwork from Oxygen Advantage, pranayama, coherent to conscious connected breathing with my yoga background, I am able to deliver a broad spectrum of breathwork sessions based on the intention of the session. Being trauma informed, I can hold space for those seeking to release suppressed emotions stored in the body with confidence. I use an evaluation that is part written intake form along with a breathing assessment to base the protocols for each client. I loop emotions and emotional intelligence within my sessions because I see how the ability to manage ones emotions is directly correlated with their breathing and thinking mind.
