Self development program: Nesmah Practitioner Training
The Nesmah Practitioner Training is a 4–5 day immersive journey into the art of conscious, connected breathing.
Designed as a deeply personal and experiential process, it invites participants to rediscover their natural breath, reconnect with inner peace, and release emotional blockages with gentleness, awareness, and somatic presence.
This training is more than a course — it is a lifestyle experience and a deep inner journey that blends science, awareness, and embodiment.
Throughout the program, participants engage in a variety of practical exercises, breathing techniques, and self-reflective practices that open the door to emotional healing and inner balance.
In this foundational program, participants learn to:
• Understand the science and psychology of breathing and its direct impact on the nervous system.
• Practice conscious relaxation breathing based on diaphragmatic techniques that calm the body and quiet the mind.
• Experience conscious connected breathing, a transformative practice that opens emotional flow and restores balance.
• Explore body awareness and somatic intelligence, learning to listen to the messages of the body with compassion.
• Engage in guided breath journeys designed to bring clarity, vitality, and emotional harmony.
• Develop a daily breathing and awareness routine that supports resilience and balanced living.
By the end of this training, participants will have the ability to conduct self-sessions using the Nesmah method — applying breath, awareness, and body connection to support their own healing and transformation.
The Practitioner Training focuses on self-healing, emotional clarity, and self-connection.
It is not a professional certification, but rather a transformational foundation for those seeking personal growth or preparing to advance into professional facilitation.
“The more you breathe consciously, the more you meet yourself with truth and tenderness.”
— Manal AlMusallam, Founder of the Nesmah Method
Practitioner certification program: The Nesmah Facilitator Training is a 7–10 day advanced professional program that takes participants beyond personal transformation into the art of guiding others.
It is a deeper and more comprehensive journey that integrates science, psychology, somatic awareness, and coaching to prepare facilitators to safely and effectively support others through the healing power of breath.
This immersive program teaches participants how to understand and manage different breath patterns, recognize emotional and physical responses, and adapt sessions for people with special conditions or sensitivities.
Facilitators-in-training also engage in practical coaching exercises, emotional integration practices, and advanced breathing techniques that develop both professional skill and inner presence.
Throughout the training, participants learn to:
• Facilitate individual breath sessions with confidence, empathy, and professional care.
• Support and co-facilitate group breath sessions and short guided sessions led by a trainer or group leader.
• Identify and work with different breath patterns and emotional expressions safely.
• Adapt sessions for people with special conditions, ensuring comfort and safety through posture, rhythm, and awareness.
• Integrate somatic awareness and coaching tools that complement breathwork and deepen client transformation.
• Cultivate professional ethics, communication, and emotional presence as a facilitator.
• Develop their voice, grounding, and space-holding skills with softness, strength, and awareness.
The Facilitator Training includes both practical and written assessments to ensure full understanding and embodiment of the method.
After completing the training days, participants are required to fulfill a number of practice hours and complete a list of requirements within one to one and a half years in order to receive official certification as a Nesmah Facilitator.
This program is a profound step for those who wish to serve others, combining technical knowledge, compassionate presence, and transformative breathwork mastery.
“To guide others through the breath, you must first learn to breathe with wisdom, patience, and heart.”
— Manal AlMusallam, Founder of the Nesmah Method
Trainer certification program: The Nesmah Leader Training is an advanced 6–7 day Train-the-Trainer program designed for certified facilitators who are ready to step into the next level of mastery — becoming teachers, mentors, and leaders within the Nesmah Method.
This program cultivates the ability to teach, inspire, and lead others while embodying the essence of Nesmah: softness, clarity, wisdom, and presence.
It is not only about learning to train others — it is also a journey of personal leadership, where participants learn how to manage themselves first before managing a class. Through deep awareness and practical experience, trainees develop the inner balance and emotional intelligence required to lead with authenticity and calm authority.
Rooted in educational psychology and adult learning principles, the Leader Training integrates frameworks such as the 4MAT System and Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle, helping future trainers design and deliver effective, engaging, and transformational learning experiences that meet every learner’s style — visual, auditory, or kinesthetic.
In this comprehensive program, participants learn to:
• Teach and present the Nesmah Method with confidence, presence, and professional depth.
• Apply the 4MAT System to structure lessons effectively — moving from Why, to What, to How, to What if — ensuring every participant stays connected and inspired.
• Understand and apply Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle (Experience – Reflect – Conceptualize – Apply) to create dynamic, interactive sessions.
• Facilitate learning for different learning styles and adapt teaching methods to engage all participants.
• Learn how to manage themselves as leaders, maintaining emotional regulation, grounding, and composure throughout the class.
• Master classroom and group management, balancing authority with empathy and flow.
• Develop strong communication and presentation skills, using voice, tone, and nonverbal expression aligned with the Nesmah philosophy of softness and depth.
• Mentor and evaluate new facilitators and practitioners with clarity, fairness, and compassion.
• Embody the ethics, professionalism, and values that represent the Nesmah School and its standards of excellence.
After completing this week-long program and successfully passing the final presentation, each certified facilitator will receive an official certificate confirming that they are a Certified Nesmah Leader.
Certified Leaders are authorized to:
• Offer lectures and educational workshops introducing the Nesmah Method.
• Lead group breath sessions within the Nesmah framework under the guidance of the Academy.
For those who wish to advance further and become Nesmah Trainers, there will be an extended period of co-training, supervised practice presentations, and evaluation, ensuring readiness to train new facilitators and practitioners independently and professionally.
The Leader Training combines practice, feedback, and reflection, allowing each participant to teach, observe, and be coached in real time. Trainees will deliver full teaching segments, receive individualized feedback, and learn to handle group dynamics with grace and awareness.
“True leadership begins with mastering your own breath, your presence, and the way you connect with others.”
