I have trained with two schools- Atmabreath and Sam Karuna- and have under 400 hours of on-site training. They gave me a foundation in CCB. I blended what i learned here with the knowledge and experience from my training in other modalities- sound healing, reiki, theta healing and life coaching. My approach now is integrative yet simple: create safety, invite awareness, and let the breath do the rest.Through my breathwork- Eka breathwork-I like to meet whatever arises with awareness instead of trying to fix or force it. I understand that lying on the mat in front of me is a living breathing who has his/her own story and past. I have been holding space since August 2024 and am looking forward doing this till i can to the best of my abilities and with integrity.
