I begin each session with a full conscious and connected breath, and allow the client to go where they most need to go, knowing their intention for the session with guide them. The breathing usually changed throughout the session as the material from the cellular memory rises for presence, acceptance and transformation. I work with them to move through what comes up, if need be. I have been a rebirthing breathworker since 2003. I studied with Alakh Analda of Zentium Breathwork Mastery for 3 years attaining a Cert III/IV in Rebirthing Breathwork. I served on the committee of the Australian Association of Professional Rebirthing Breathworkers, which later became the Australian Breathwork Association, while I served on the committee. In 2016 I attained a Diploma of Breathwork - Group Facilitator with Ann Harrison and Robyn Fernance of Breathwork Trainings International. Due to life experience and my own healing journey, I've realised my heart currently lyes in the area of grief, trauma, stress. and clearing the cellular/ body memory.
