I guide my clients through Conscious Connected Breathing, a gentle yet powerful breathwork method that helps release tension, regulate the nervous system, and connect body and mind. My sessions are individually tailored, whether in 1:1, duo, or small group settings. I integrate functional breathing techniques (Buteyko), and I am a certified Breath Instructor and Functional Breathing Instructor, which allows me to provide safe, effective guidance.
I am also a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) responder and a Life Coach, and I am currently completing my training as a Breathwork Facilitator at the Transformational Breath® Foundation (TBF). This combination allows me to support clients with empathy, insight, and practical tools for lasting self-regulation and personal transformation.
I emphasize the importance of at least three sessions for a lasting impact and provide exercises that empower clients to continue their breathwork journey independently.
