PhD in Addiction Studies | MSc in Chemistry | Breathwork Facilitator | Yoga Instructor | Co-Founder of Breath Academia

I hold a PhD in Addiction Studies and a Master’s degree in Chemistry. I have dedicated my work to exploring the relationship between conscious breathing, emotional regulation, stress, and addictive behaviors.

At the heart of my professional journey is my doctoral research, which investigated the effects of Conscious Awareness-Based Breathing practices on perceived stress, salivary cortisol levels, and alcohol craving.

This research reflects my commitment to understanding the connection between breath, body, and the emotional processes underlying addiction. Alongside my academic work, I facilitate individual and group breathwork sessions, where I explore and observe how conscious breathing practices may support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and recovery.

As a breathwork facilitator, yoga instructor, and co-founder of Breath Academia, I draw upon my scientific research to inform and enrich my practice.

My vision is to contribute to a deeper understanding of conscious breathwork, not only as a practice that supports well-being, but also as a valuable complementary approach to addiction recovery and personal transformation.
