I’ve spent 20 years studying metabolism and the nervous system, which led me to the only conscious lever we have on our subconscious (and the most direct tool we have for change): breathwork. I qualified as a breathwork faciliator through the Breathing Space 400 hour facilitator training, and also hold an MSc in Personalised Nutrition. My work blends neurobiology with the intuitive language of traditional healing systems.

My approach:
I use body-led, call and response style: rather than assume that any given breathing technique has had the expected effect – because it “should” – I continuously track your responses to each step taken during the session, using these to identify what your nervous system needs to permit a peaceful loosening of any restrictions. In doing so, we give your nervous system a fair chance to restore balance (which is all it ever needs).
