HOW I WORK: I work with Holistitic Breathwork, always including both Body, Mind and Soul, knowing the feelings is a wonderful indicator for guiding the client in setting an intention and establishing the flow in the Breath from the beginning of the session. I include Meditation, Nature, Dreaminterpretation and Movement in my work. I have worked proffesional with personal and spiritual development for 25 years.
