As a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner I am dedicated to self-paced and embodied processes and experiences. I facilitate RBM as a self-generated body-breath process where breathing flows gently, consciously and in a connected way in and out through the nose. Within the context of highly motivating, personal intentions I support the breather from an agenda-free place and with minimal intervention for authentic change to happen naturally. A RBM Session (or a series of it) is supportive of clearing and resolving past experiences and decisions as well as creating new ways of being and living.
