HOW I WORK: My journey into breath work came at a time of deep anguish and grief. Having walked these paths I feel I can hold the space for others with true empathy. Music is one of the loves of my life and so I curate beautiful well intended and thoughtful playlists. For me journaling has been a saviour and so it is something I encourage my breather to do during my sessions
