HOW I WORK: I work with individuals committed to deep inner healing transform their lives by releasing trauma, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their authentic selves. I approach clients from a trauma aware lens having been certified in trauma-informed practices from the NARM Training Institute. As an Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher I also weave in energy work . Earth-based wisdom and ancestral practices are incorporated into my healing approach having studied , and shamanic practices in the Andean tradition.
