I'm an internationally certified Breathwork Facilitator specializing in trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork and mentor to breathwork students. I have a GPBA-Certified 450-Hour Breathwork Facilitator Training Certificate, along with certifications in restorative breathwork, ADHD coaching, Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity. Before this rewarding work, I spent 25+ years in high-pressure strategic communications, an experience that taught me firsthand what chronic nervous system dysregulation looks like. I came to breathwork as a burned-out skeptic carrying anxiety, chronic pain, and exhaustion. When I discovered conscious connected breathing, it felt like someone had told me a secret none of my 14 doctors had mentioned. That personal journey shapes how I hold space for my clients. I'm an avid student of nervous system science, somatic techniques and embodiment practices, drawn to evidence over trends and depth over quick fixes.
I work with people who are exhausted from pushing through, helping them release chronic stress, physical pain, stored emotion, and the patterns that keep them stuck. My approach combines evidence-based nervous system science with intuitive, responsive facilitation. I integrate somatic techniques, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), and body-centered practices alongside breathwork to support holistic release and regulation. I prepare meticulously while remaining present to what each person or group needs in the moment. Sessions are grounded in polyvagal theory and neuroscience, delivered with warmth and accessibility in both group and private settings. I also offer Yin Yoga and restorative breathwork. I understand what it takes to finally stop pushing and allow the body to heal. I serve clients online and in-person in Washington, DC (the whole DMV) and Southeastern New England, creating safe containers where people can reconnect with their resilient, authentic selves.
