Sian is a qualified breathwork practitioner who specialises in Transpersonal breath, incorporating Bioenergetics and segmental armouring and believes that everyone has the ability to be lead from their own inner wisdom and that begins in the body, so her focus is helping people step out of cycles of dependence and into full ownership of their inner authority. 

Through breathwork, somatic integration, and her lived experience with indigenous medicine keepers in Colombia, Sian helps people move beyond peak experiences into embodied clarity and sovereignty, so that they feel safe and supported in their body. Her work is not about transcendence, it’s about anchoring the sacred wisdom already living in people's bones, so they can trust themself completely in every season of life.
