About Sylvie Horvath and Soul Dimension
For more than 35 years, I’ve been walking the path of health and wellness—guided by yoga, the breath, and the wisdom of Ayurveda.
Through breath and movement, doors open—into balance, vitality, and a deeper sense of presence. It’s here that we discover our capacity to heal, to expand our awareness, and to live with greater authenticity and joy.
At Soul Dimension, our mission is to share these powerful practices with the world. When we cultivate deep well-being in body, mind, and soul, we don’t just transform our own lives—we become a source of healing and positive change for those around us.
Sylvie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She studied Ayurveda at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico under Dr. Vasant Lad. She is an Ayurvedic counselor and a certified instructor of the Amrit Yoga Method – a hatha yoga-based, kundalini yoga-inspired practice created by Sri Yogi Amrit Desai, the founder of Kripalu and Amrit Yoga. She also is a certified Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor.
This Self Development journey is a holistic and immersive exploration into the transformative power of breath, awareness, and inner connection. Rooted in the wisdom of pranayama, yoga, and Eastern energy medicine, and supported by modern breathwork practices—including Soul Dimension Breathing—this journey invites one to deepen self-awareness, restore balance within the body and nervous system, and reconnect with a more authentic inner rhythm.
Through the integration of the 5 Pillars—Body, Breath, Energy, Soul, and Community—one is guided into a deeper experience of embodiment, emotional awareness, and expanded consciousness. This journey supports the release of tension and habitual patterns, while cultivating clarity, presence, and conscious intention.

The Practitioner Certification Program is a comprehensive and experiential training designed to support one in stepping into the role of a skilled and confident breathwork facilitator. Rooted in a holistic framework that integrates science, ancient yogic wisdom, and modern therapeutic practices, this training offers both a deep personal journey and a professional pathway.
Centered around the Soul Dimension Breathing technique, the program provides a strong foundation in breath physiology, nervous system regulation, pranayama, energy work, and facilitation skills. Through the 5 Pillars—Body, Breath, Energy, Soul, and Community—one develops the capacity to guide others with presence, clarity, and integrity.
This 150+ hour training combines live group experiences, practical facilitation, and integrative learning, supporting one in cultivating the skills to design and lead breathwork sessions tailored to the needs of individuals and groups. It also includes guidance on building an authentic and sustainable wellness offering, aligned with one’s values and purpose.
Upon completion, one emerges with the confidence, knowledge, and certification to facilitate breathwork sessions, support others in their healing journey, and contribute meaningfully to our growing community of practitioners and the world.
