I was born in Athens, Greece on February 7th, 1983, into a family where my father was a lawyer and winemaker, and my mother was a psychologist. I owe many things to both of my parents, as they showed me and taught me many important things throughout my life. However, my connection with the metaphysical, the therapeutic, and the spiritual world came more directly through my mother, and indirectly through my father as well. Even to this day, I still discover books in her library that deeply interest me, and this has always felt like a great privilege for me.
From a very young age, I was drawn to the metaphysical. I started experimenting a lot through my studies and life path. Initially, I was a student in the Department of Physics at the University of Athens, but later I became more attracted to music, so I started working in concert organization and attended an audio engineering school with the intention of becoming a music producer. Things, however, did not unfold the way I had planned them.
I continued working in concert and event organization, and at the same time I continued my studies in Music Business and Artist Management, a field I have been involved in for many years and still work in today alongside organizing concerts and events.
After that period, around the age of 30, I made a very honest effort to return to my Physics studies and continue them, and I successfully completed many courses. Nevertheless, my work at that time did not allow me to fully complete my degree, even though I came very close. Much later, I came to understand that physics and spirituality are essentially the same thing. I realized that none of the path I have walked until today was random. All of it contributed to a deeper understanding of how the world and the universe function.
At the same time, another journey began. Around the age of 18, I started searching for alternative ways and alternative therapies in order to help myself with things that were deeply concerning me. My first contact with healing work was with a tantra teacher when I was 18 years old. After that, there was a pause in both my therapeutic and spiritual journey.
Around the age of 25, I began psychotherapy with a systemic psychotherapist. This therapeutic process lasted for many years, approximately 13 to 15 years. Towards the end of this long journey in psychotherapy, I started once again searching for answers through alternative therapies.
I received many treatments and experienced many different therapeutic systems, techniques, and methods. Eventually, however, I realized that this search had no end, because I was not only searching for how to heal myself, but mostly for someone else to heal me. In a way, I was searching for a savior or someone to save me.
In 2018, I participated in my first Tantric Massage seminar. Afterwards, I completed the first and second degree of Reiki, while also attending various smaller seminars and trainings, such as Tantra workshop with Radha Luglio.
In 2022, I attended my first Dearmouring training, and at the same year I completed the Dearmouring Practitioner Training. This was, in essence, the true beginning of my journey as a therapist. Even though I loved this method deeply and still do, I felt that something was missing in the way I could support people.
Completely unexpectedly, I contacted my teachers, Paul Jones and Zouganeli, simply to get this Breathwork certification so I could legally work with people and support them, although in reality Breathwork itself was not something that interested me that much at the time.
Things, however, turned out very differently from what I expected. I met these two incredible human beings, and beyond teaching me the secrets of the breath, how emotions function, and the different mechanisms through which emotions are managed, they essentially taught me and showed me how to truly support another human being. They taught me how to support people through the path of the heart.
They taught me many valuable tools, and through this process I felt that I had finally built solid foundations for supporting people, regardless of whether I offer Dearmouring or Breathwork, regardless of whether the person is doing a somatic or breathing technique, or whether we are simply sitting together, talking, and exploring their inner world.
Through this way of working, I support people in becoming aware of what it feels like to truly live inside their bodies, while also recognizing their limiting beliefs, which prevent them from living a joyful and ecstatic life!
My work combines knowledge and experience gathered through many years of training, personal exploration, and through receiving a wide variety of therapies and therapeutic systems as a client myself. I have been trained in dearmouring, breathwork, tantric massage, Reiki, as well as other body-based techniques and approaches inspired and borrowed from different therapeutic systems. Without my spiritual search and my exploration of the spiritual world and the laws that govern the universe, my work would not feel complete. What has truly shaped me and evolved me in the therapeutic field, however, is learning how to support another human being. For me, the technique or the method itself is less important than the way I support a person through their process. My approach is based on non-violent communication and on supporting people in recognizing their needs, becoming aware of their emotions, understanding the definitions and narratives they hold, and identifying limiting beliefs. The foundation of the way I work is gentleness.
