From my experience, gained through extensive training in various modalities involving the internal and external movement of the human body, I've found that to efficiently access a conscious state of well-being in a short amount of time, it's essential to relax the body by becoming aware of it through conscious breathing and other breathing techniques. This allows you to connect with inner space by understanding, training, and practicing the most powerful tool we all have access to: the breath. As we relax the body, we also relax the mind, enabling going further the practice of meditation. The method I use in my sessions is focused on the regulation of the PNS, fostering awareness, and leading to greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.
