I am a Breathwork facilitator and instructor, and I dedicate my work to guiding people toward physical, mental, emotional, and energetic balance through the power of conscious breathing. My professional journey in the science of breath includes a 150-hour certification as a Breathwork Facilitator and Instructor - IMTTA Master Training, from the Gabriel Menezes Institute. Seeking to expand my knowledge, I also trained as a Breathwork Facilitator through the YInspiradores Training (40 hours) by the Yin Yang Vinyasa school, and further deepened my studies through prominent online courses in the field, such as the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals and Dan Brulé’s Mastering the Breath. As a Breathwork facilitator and instructor, my purpose is to bridge scientifically grounded physiological principles with ancestral/traditional knowledge, ensuring a safe, well-founded, and highly technical approach to developing an effective and profound technique. Complementing this work, I am a Yoga teacher with an extensive background totaling over 750 hours of formal training, divided between a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training focused on Vinyasa Yoga; a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training focused on Hatha Yoga and Vedanta; a 50-hour Foundations of Yin Yoga; as well as other specialization courses. Adding value to this entire background, I also serve as a Meditation Facilitator and Instructor - IMTTA Master Training (Gabriel Menezes Institute). Combining the precision of Yoga with the therapeutic depth of Breathwork, I guide students through safe and profound processes of transformation, self-regulation, and self-knowledge.
My methodological approach unites the depth of ancient knowledge (Pranayamas) with modern insights and contemporary Breathwork techniques. This background is backed by scientifically proven physiological concepts, ensuring maximum safety and the delivery of predictable effects. The goal of the sessions spans from the physiological regulation of the organism, emotional regulation, and the pursuit of a better state of health and well-being, to self-knowledge and the expansion of consciousness.
The work is developed through three main formats:
Individual Sessions: The sessions are entirely personalized. I use a strategic combination of breathing techniques, selected dynamically and precisely according to the specific needs of each student.
Group Sessions: I lead group experiences integrating profound dynamics of conscious breathing.
Integration with Yoga: As a Yoga teacher, I integrate small, structured breathwork sessions directly into my practical classes. I use various techniques: activating techniques to prepare for a more intense practice; relaxing techniques at the end of class during Savasana or associated with the practice of Yin Yoga; as well as techniques that alter the state of consciousness, favoring the achievement of meditative states.
In the teaching of Breathwork, I pass this service philosophy on to my students, always seeking to convey knowledge based on science while respecting traditions, reconciling the theory of physiology and the practice of conscious breathing, of Breathwork. In teaching, science and practice go hand in hand to provide knowledge and confidence to new facilitators.
