Self development program: The Caminho do Ar Program (Way of the Breath) is a 12 month live online course with breathwork sessions every forthnight where the participants go through a deep examination of potential trauma and memories in the body focusing in reichian body segments through specific stretchings and deep breathwork sessions.

Practitioner certification program: The Curso de Certificação de Facilitadores de Breathwork da Escola do Fluxo (School of Flow Certification Program on Breathwork Facilitation) is a 6 month program with over 150 hours of classes both online with immersive live workshops focused on trauma release, ethics, neurophysiology, reichian therapy, polivagal theory and yoga philosophy to prepare facilitators to help others in inward journeys through their emotions, search for clarity and release of past wounds.
