Ltd. in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Having experienced the transformative power of conscious breathing in my own life, I am passionate about sharing this practice with others. My approach is heart-centered, grounded, and supportive, offering a safe space for self-discovery, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection to one's authentic self. Sessions are available in German, French, Italian, and English, creating a space where participants can express themselves authentically and work in their preferred language.
