I have practised breathwork and meditation for over 10 years, and these practices have become the foundation of both my personal journey and professional work.
Originally from a creative arts background, my career changed following my hidden disabilities. Then came a life-changing injury that resulted in me having to start over. Through my own recovery, I experienced the powerful benefits of breathwork and meditation in managing pain, improving mobility, and supporting mental wellbeing.
Inspired by this experience, I trained as a certified breathwork instructor, meditation teacher, and personal trainer. Today, I help women improve their health, movement, resilience, and confidence through a functional approach that integrates breathwork, movement, and wellbeing. My mission is to empower women with practical tools that support lasting health and a better quality of life.
I use breathwork to support women's physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing at every stage of life. My approach is functional and evidence-informed, helping women navigate complex health challenges, improve movement, build resilience, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Whether the goal is greater strength and conditioning, improved performance, increased confidence, or feeling calm and focused before stepping onto a stage or speaking in public, I tailor breathwork to meet each woman's individual needs. My aim is to help women feel stronger, healthier, more capable, and more confident in both their bodies and their lives.
